Where's the signal yaar ?

I was amazed to see the number of places that the PMC has erected streetlight poles right in front of traffic lights. I guess, if people don't care to follow the signals, why should they bother to make them visible.



Of course, where the PMC slacks up a bit, the citizens chip in with their advertisements.



And for those who care to follow the lights, the signal is pretty clear...
